Annual Report
For several years, SCF has not produced a hard copy Annual Report. We feel it is disproportionately expensive to do so, and its use does not justify the time, effort and expense of its production and distribution.
People generally look for specific information in an Annual Report:
- What is your contact information?
- What is a community foundation and what do you do?
- What are your assets and what is the mix of endowed vs. non-endowed funds under management?
- How much do you grant and in what areas?
- How do you serve the community?
- Can you tell me a “donor story?”
We publish a “pocket Annual Report” – a small tri-fold that gives all this information in a compact, convenient and inexpensive format. It also serves as an effective “companion piece” to a business card, both for SCF staff and Board members.
In addition to our “pocket Annual Report,” the SCF website provides all the information that traditionally appears in a printed, hard copy Annual Report.
