Board Roles and Responsibilities

Geared for nonprofit Executive Directors and Board members, this session provides information about effective nonprofit Boards and what makes them work well together and further the mission and vision of their organization. Participants will see how to identify and troubleshoot problem areas and affect solutions. The session uses the Carver Model to teach a highly successful construct of Board roles and responsibilities and is presented in an interactive and experiential format.
