The purpose of this fund is to make grants to local nonprofit organizations with the greatest need. The timing and selection of these grants will be in accordance with the schedule of fundraising events held at the Donor's facilities in Fairfield and Vacaville, CA.

5 Star Car Wash & Detail Center is the Bay Area's finest full-service car wash. Washing cars was owner Bill Proestler's very first job, and it made a lasting impression. He served in the Air Force and later held a variety of positions in engineering and management. He then came full circle and, in 1998, returned to the car care industry when he opened 5 Star Car Wash & Detail Center.
Known for being fast, efficient and thorough, the car wash attracts customers throughout Fairfield, Vacaville and beyond. Their process uses state of the art equipment utilizing both touchless and soft cloth technology. The new Vacaville facility was built from the ground up in 2008. The Fairfield facility has been completely updated in 2008, using cutting edge technology.
