You can make a credit card donation to any of our funds via our secure "Giving Cart."  Select the fund(s) you'd like to contribute to and click the DONATE NOW button located in the upper right-hand corner of every fund page.  Your gift will be processed via our Google Checkout feature.  We will receive notice of your online contribution by email, and will then send you an acknowledgment letter to confirm your gift.  Follow this link to our Fund List and make your donation now...

The Foundation no longer accepts Visa and MasterCard donations by mail or by phone.  We do accept checks and money orders, but do not accept cash donations.
 

Please print out and complete the donation form below.  Mail it or bring it into our office, along with your gift.  We will send you an acknowledgment letter to confirm receipt of your tax deductible contribution.
