SOLANO COUNTY COLLABORATIVE FUND

The purpose of this fund is to establish and solidify bonds among collaborative partners and bring in new partners to help shape policy in the areas of family well-being, economic security, housing, and climate change, among other community-driven priorities. 

Outcome #1: The cohesiveness of the collaborative as a public-private-nonprofit partnership will be strengthened by solidifying bonds among partners and bringing in new partners to shape policy in the areas of family well-being, economic security, housing, and climate change among other community-driven priorities to be determined through the project.

Outcome #2: Working-class communities of color will advocate from a position of strength and unity on issues affecting their health and community wellbeing through the expansion of the multisector collaborative throughout the county
