Leadership Vacaville is a “professional development program” under the sponsorship of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. The Leadership’s first class (2006-2007) opened this endowment fund as an integral part of their community project. The purpose of this Fund is “to enhance the standard of living and quality of life in the Vacaville community by setting up an endowment fund to enrich non-profits and qualified organizations that serve Vacaville youth, elderly, and the homeless.”
